The Top 100 scientists are ranked based on total H-index scores at the global, regional, national, and institutional levels. Rankings cover 10 regions, 13 main fields, and 221 subfields. Subject field rankings (at world, region, country, and university levels) are currently in Beta version and updated in near real-time.
Note: Researchers classified as "others" (currently 1,123,369 profiles whose fields are undetermined or unedited) are excluded from subject and regional rankings. These rankings will dynamically evolve as the “others” profiles are reviewed and properly categorized.
